Mental health in the workplace has become an increasingly important issue as organizations recognize the significant impact it has on employee well-being, productivity, and overall organizational success. This study explores strategies for enhancing mental health in the workplace by conducting a qualitative literature review of existing research on the topic. The review examines various approaches, including workplace wellness programs, flexible work arrangements, mental health awareness initiatives, and the promotion of supportive work environments. Additionally, the study investigates the role of leadership in fostering a culture of openness around mental health, as well as the importance of reducing stigma and encouraging employees to seek help when needed. The findings suggest that integrating mental health support into organizational practices not only improves employee well-being but also enhances employee engagement, reduces absenteeism, and increases overall job satisfaction. The paper concludes by highlighting the need for organizations to adopt comprehensive, evidence-based strategies for mental health management and offering recommendations for future research and practice in this critical area.
